Romeo
Chairman - Director
Our founder, Mr. Romeo has been in the food manufacturing business for over 30 years, together with his wide knowledge and expertise working with big corporations. At 40’s, He decided to execute and start his own manufacturing company (PHILS GLOBAL VISION MFG INC) with his other group of affiliated company; Aim High Tolling Solutions Inc, specializing in making high quality food products. Mr. Romeo values that it is not only about the money, but rather the process of managing the money with the great strategic plan he can do with his mind in developing new quality products for his growing respective clients.
With his proficiency, He has been able to build a successful spray drying manufacturing plant in San Pedro Laguna last 2014 up to present. His new developed products have been known to all over the multi-level marketing, start-up company, food trading company, other manufacturing companies and are also now being distributed to different countries including United States, Malaysia, Singapore and others. With his outstanding customer service skills, he has now had good foundation with his big clients around the Philippines and is now recognized as one of the trusted partners in the food industry.
Charlene
VP-Administrative
Every Department has an important role in a growing organization. The HR and Admin Department has a vital role that is needed in every company. Ms. Charlene who has a (6) six years of experience in administrative department, graduated with a degree in Human Resources and Management focuses on the People Development on our Organization. They are the one who process the recruitment and selection of finding the best possible people that would be part of our growing industry and that will handle every department as they become an aspiring leader also.
As a woman with vision, Ms. Charlene strive to continue her passion in this industry while pursuing her Master’s degree in Business Administration to broaden her knowledge along within financing field as she works at two of the largest food manufacturing companies in the country. She is ready to move up in the world, and wants to use her skills to guide the right people in the right position and show them how to lead. She wants to continue her vision and be more involved in the ever-growing manufacturing company.
Beatrice
Plant Manager
As a Plant Manager at a young generation, Engr. Beatrice as a leader always motivates people to get things done accordingly. She has a unique personality that are able to build influence and credibility to all the people that surrounds her. Her responsibility to oversee efficiency and production, handling the employees, and to ensure the plant consistently runs efficiently, quickly, safely and smoothly as she cast vision for what needs to be accomplishes in the whole operation. As a Basic Occupational Safety and Health Officer 02, Engr. Bea builds her people into teams that maintains constant communication with other department or sections of the plant to ensure all operations are running smoothly and for keeping an eye for the safety of the workers.
Engr. Bea never lose sight to the fact that results are always her goal, prioritizing things that yield high return using her sharp problem-solving skills while on the plant floor, by assessing the situations and devise a solution quickly.
Justin
QC-QA & RnD Manager
Justin graduated from college with a degree of Bachelor of Applied Science – Major in Laboratory Technology from one of the top university schools in the Philippines. With major expertise in different instrumental chemistry and research oriented in naturopathy, new food technological trends and innovative science and technology. He became a Research Assistant in De La Salle University Taft Manila, under the CHED Plantilla about Fortification research major in Rice Science and Technology, this includes the training for specialization in Physicochemical, Analytical and Instrumental training in different equipment. He also worked at DOST under FNRI that became one of his big foundations in the research and development industry. Justin believes that satisfying his client with quality product is his number one priority.
